When you buy a car online and have it delivered, many factors determine your vehicle shipping cost. These include distance traveled, type of vehicle, conditions and time of year. We do everything to get you the best transportation deal possible

USA and CANADA Auto Categories

      • Regular Car – Sedans (Camry, Corolla, ES300)

      • Large Car – SUV, Large Sedans (Mercedes S550, etc)

      • Oversize Auto* – Pickup truck, Large SUV (Tundra, Suburban, etc.)

      • *Rates for Sprinter type transit vans, box trucks, dually pick up trucks, etc, need to be confirmed with AEC prior to shipment.

      • Large Motorcycle – Harley Davidson Road King/Street Glide, Trikes, Honda Goldwing, etc.

    Rates in US Dollars and subject to change without notice.

     

    For all consolidated cargo where final destination is not a port, an additional transit fee will apply. Additional Material Fee $25 per vehicle added to all destinations.

    Hybrid/Electric car surcharge $100 per car when consolidating, $350 when loading full containers.

    Charges At origin:

    Your cargo may be subject to customs inspection*, postal, any other additional fees. *customs-inspection – in case of random customs exam, the customer is liable for all outstanding fees.

    At destination:

    It is your responsibility to pay for the following charges:

      • All customs charges including duties and inspections
      • Shipping line Terminal charges
      • Shipping line Documentation fee
      • Shipping line Handling Charge
      • Transportation fee (if container leaves port for further destination)
      • If your cargo will not be picked up in time, it will collect demurrage and storage charges

    RATES VALIDITY: VALID FROM LOADING DATE, NOT RECEIVED DATE STORAGE CHARGES MAY BE APPLICABLE IF CARGO IS DELAYED FOR FULL CONTAINER LOADS
